What is Plus One?
Plus One is one subscription for Iterator’s apps on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. You pay once a month or once a year, and your plan covers every app listed on it.
Which plan do I need?
Choose the smallest plan that covers the apps you use. Core covers Bold Sudoku, Bold Weather, and Memobound. Pro adds Miles, Riff, and Polished Photo. Max adds Screen Recording and Tap Captions. The plans list the apps and prices side by side.
How are the plans sized?
By the category of each app. Games, weather, and notes apps are in every plan. Finance, dictation, and photo apps start at Pro. Video apps are in Max. The apps shows the smallest plan for each one.
How do I get the apps?
After you subscribe, we send an invitation to each app in your plan to the email address you used at checkout. Each app’s site says which devices it runs on.
How much does it cost?
Core is $9.99 a month or $99 a year. Pro is $19.99 a month or $199 a year. Max is $39.99 a month or $399 a year. Prices are in US dollars before tax. Checkout adds the tax where you live and can show the total in your own currency.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Open the billing page and choose another plan or switch between monthly and yearly billing. Stripe prorates the change, and the difference appears on your next bill.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing page or your orders at link.com and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
Can I get a refund?
Email humans@itrtr.com within 14 days of a charge, or ask Link support. Billing and refunds has the details.
Who handles my payment?
Link, the checkout of our payment processor Stripe, sells Plus One for us as the merchant of record. Link charges your payment method, adds the sales tax, VAT, or GST where you live and pays it to the tax authorities, emails your receipts and invoices, and answers payment questions. Your card number goes to Link and never reaches our servers. The charge on your statement reads LINK.COM* PLUS ONE.
